    no sweetie, they are not the same…..pancreatitis is an inflammation of the pancreas

    pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor of the pancreas………there are also 2 kinds of Pancreatic cancer exocrine tumors and endocrine tumors

    NOT THE SAME THING!!
