I lower abdominal/testicular pain 3 weeks ago. Ar week hurting, pain week half back. I’m worried at (i.e. testicular cancer). sg ss tt causing pain, wd pain stop hurting or week tn back? Doesn’t sound happen wd jt worse. Wt yr thoughts?

I once had what you’re describing and it turned out to be a UTI. My pain was intermittent, coming and going, but it didn’t stay way for a week and a half and then come back. It was more like a day or two and then it would come back.
I don’t know if that’s what this is, but especially with testicular pain, I’d go to the doctor.
